Firebrand Projects Pty Ltd operates the Eight Spots website (the Website) and it is Eight Spots' policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating the Website.

1. Website visitors

Like most website operators, Eight Spots collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Eight Spots' purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Eight Spots' visitors use its websites.   5. The login e-mail you provided to Facebook when you registered

By using the Eight Spots service, you are authorising Eight Spots to collect, store and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information that you have provided, or have authorised Facebook to provide through the Facebook Application Programming Interface ("API"), to Eight Spots. Your agreement takes place when you "accept" or "allow" (or similar terms) our application on Facebook, or when you "create" (or similar terms) an account directly with Eight Spots.

The amount and type of information that Eight Spots gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Eight Spots does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below, and visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

One important use of your information is communication. Please note that despite your indicated e-mail preferences, we may still send you administrative messages regarding Eight Spots, including, for example, administrative confirmations and notices of updates to our policies.

3. Aggregated statistics

Eight Spots may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to the Website. For instance, Eight Spots may monitor activities on the Websitesite to determine who the most influential users are. Eight Spots may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, in such instances, Eight Spots will only disclose users' names, and will not disclose any other personally-identifying information other than as described below.

4. Protection of certain personally-identifying information

9. Eight Spots policy concerning young children

The website is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from such children. Children under the age of 13 should not use our websites at any time. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from children under the age of 13, we will take reasonable measures to promptly erase such information from our records.
